Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rules and guidelines governing use of https://radpptx.com (“the Service”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with this Policy, which applies to all users of our website and its associated services.

1. Definitions

  • Content refers to all presentations and webpages created using our Service, whether private, public, or offered for sale.
  • Published Content refers to any Content that is made publicly available or offered for purchase.
  • Private Content refers to Content that is not intended to be published, and remains visible only to its creator or authorized viewers.
  • Commercial Use refers to use intended for or resulting in monetary gain, including but not limited to placing advertising alongside Content or in conferencing sessions.

2. Content Creation and Storage

2.1 Published Content
  • Users may create an unlimited amount of Content free of charge if that Content is published or intended to be published within 3 months of creation.
  • This applies equally to Content made available publicly or for purchase.
2.2 Private Content
  • Content not intended for publication is limited to 1 GB of storage per user. However, at this time, we are not enforcing this particular limit. We will provide at least 30 days notice if and when we intend to start enforcing this limit or if a user has exceeded this limit.
  • Private Content must be used strictly for non-commercial purposes.
    • For example, embedding private Content on a website with advertisements is considered commercial use and is not permitted under this Policy.

3. Content Sharing and Embedding

Users may share and embed Content created on the platform under the following conditions:

3.1 Sharing of Private Content
  • Private Content may be shared with others for educational and non-commercial purposes only.
  • Sharing of private Content for any commercial use is strictly prohibited without obtaining prior written permission from us.
3.2 Embedding on Third-Party Websites
  • Users may embed Content on third-party websites only if:
    • The use is non-commercial, and
    • Clear attribution is provided to radpptx.com in a visible manner.
  • Embedding Content on third-party websites for commercial purposes (including but not limited to ad-supported sites, e-commerce platforms, or paywalled access) requires explicit prior consent from us.

4. Conferencing Services

Our conferencing service includes the following two tiers:

4.1 Basic Conferencing
  • Basic Conferencing is free to use and has no participant limits.
  • It must be used only for non-commercial purposes, unless explicit written consent is provided by us.
4.2 Premium Conferencing
  • Premium Conferencing is free for a limited time and subject to a site-wide usage cap of 1,000 simultaneous participants.
  • Like Basic Conferencing, it is restricted to non-commercial use, unless you have obtained explicit prior consent.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Use private Content or conferencing services for commercial purposes without express written consent.
  • Misrepresent their intentions regarding the publication of Content to circumvent usage restrictions.
  • Exceed the permitted data storage or conferencing participant limits.
  • Use the Service in any way that violates the remainder of our Terms and Conditions, including Instructor Account Terms, applicable laws or regulations.

6. Enforcement

Violation of this Policy may result in:

  • Restriction or termination of your account
  • Removal of content
  • Legal action, as appropriate

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
